RETURN, REFUND, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

Thanks for purchasing our products at “Swadeshi Khareed / www.swadeshikhareed.in”. We believe in helping our Customers.

We provide a hassle-free experience for our Customers at Swadeshi Khareed / www.swadeshikhareed.in wherein we offer for a “Return, Refund, Exchange and Cancellation Policy” that addresses the issues. Return of the product(s) or refund of any payment made for the Order or Cancellation of the order, shall be as per this Policy.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

Conditions: All our customers are entitled to return the product if they are not satisfied with the quality, freshness or physical condition of the product. The Product shall be returned in the original condition in which they were received along with the bills and the labels. End of Season Sale “EOSS”, Discounted products, combo packs or sets, are not eligible for return or replacement as individual items. Products once sold and delivered to you, shall be eligible for return only if the condition of the product is found to be stale, defective, damaged, broken, faulty or if wrong product is delivered or of a different size or fit. Return request may be accepted only if the product(s) are in sealed/unopened/unused and in original manufacturer packaging along with its accessories, price tags, accessories, freebies, user manual, warranty card, etc. Certain product(s)/ items/articles/goods we sell which are perishable in nature, have a short shelf life, or are custom packed for you (Ex. Lose grocery custom packed, milk & milk products, fruits & vegetables, etc.) are not eligible for return. Please do not accept tampered seal packages. Acceptance of a tampered seal packages “Void Seal” or a damaged box will automatically disqualify any return claims for physically damaged/defective products, incorrect product or missing accessories, etc.

Request: The customer may request a return of the Product if the customer is unhappy with the Product and if the Product is found to be stale, defective, damaged, broken, faulty or if wrong product is delivered or of a different size or fit. In case of stale, defective, damaged, broken, faulty or if wrong product is delivered or of a different size or fit, the customer is required to send images of the condition of such the product(s) within the timeline as specified hereunder, from the following/next day of the date of delivery along with all the details of the purchase to “customercare@swadeshikhareed.in”. Alternatively, the request to return the product(s) may be initiated by accessing and following the instruction at the ‘Return’ section on the Website. After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and may process your refund.

Timelines for Return Request: The customer may raise a request for return of the Product anytime within the timeline as specified hereunder from the following/next day of the date of delivery of the Product.

Such product(s) purchased from us can be returned as per below,

PRODUCT CATEGORIES TIMELINE, CONDITIONS, ETC.
Food Product(s) including Groceries, Fruits, Vegetables, Milk & Milk Products, etc.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable unless received stale, damaged or if wrong product is delivered

(Goods which are perishable in nature, have a short shelf life, or lose grocery custom packed for you)

 

Other product(s) like packed food items having the product expiry of more than 90 days remaining

24-48 Hours Return/Replacement
only in a case where the product(s) are found to be defective, damaged or if wrong product is delivered or of a different size or fit.

Clothing/Garment/Fashion Accessories

 

Product(s) including clothes for all genders and age groups, accessories like eyewear, sunglasses, wallets, purse, clutches, luggage, bag packs, footwear, Jewellery, etc.

24-48 Hours Return/Replacement
only in a case where the product(s) are found to be defective, damaged or if wrong product is delivered or of a different size or fit.

If you have missing products or found to be defective, damaged or if wrong product is delivered or of a different size or fit then you can claim the dispute within 2 days of delivery. Please mail in detail with attaching images of bill / order mail, product along with unpacking video

Unpacking video is must in case of damages or wrong product delivered

(Innerwear items like briefs, panties, lingerie sets, socks and stockings are non-returnable due to personal hygiene/health issue attributable to such products.)

Health Care/Personal Care Product(s) including medicinal products, medical devices, daily hygiene products, dental products, etc.

24-48 Hours Return/Replacement
only in a case where the product(s) are found to be defective, damaged, broken, faulty or if wrong product is delivered or of a different size or fit.

(Items like perfumes, deodorants, cosmetics, fashion jewellery, mask etc.  are non-returnable)

Home & Kitchen

 

Product(s) including Furniture, home decor, home care, vaults, locks, electronic security. Cookware, hardware fittings, etc.

3 Days Return/Replacement
only in a case where the product(s) are found to be defective, damaged, broken, faulty or if wrong product is delivered or of a different size or fit

Post 3 days period, customers may contact the concern dealer/manufacturer directly under the product warranty, if any, provided by the dealer/manufacturer.

Electronics Product(s) like Consumer Electronics, Kitchen Appliances, Home Appliances, etc.

3 Days Return/Replacement

only in a case where the product(s) are found to be defective, damaged, broken, faulty or if wrong product is delivered or of a different size or fit.

Post 3 days period, customers may contact the concern dealer/manufacturer directly under the product warranty, if any, provided by the dealer/manufacturer.

Student Supplies & Office Supplies Product(s) like Books, Stationery, School Bags, Laptop bags, files, registers, art supply, etc.

24-48 Hours Return/Replacement
only in a case where the product(s) are found to be defective, damaged, broken, faulty or if wrong product is delivered or of a different size or fit.

 

Pickup:

We shall arrange, upon the receipt of Request for Return, pickup through our Logistic Partner. The Logistic Partner will contact the customer and schedule date and time for the pickup of the Product under request to return. The customer is required to complete all the formalities and paperwork involved for a successive return request.

 

REFUND POLICY:

As per the terms of this policy, on receipt of the returned Product and only after conducting quality checks, we may process the refund for eligible products. As we do not make any cash refunds, in case of COD transaction, we will issue credit (in electronic form) (“SK Credit“) to the customer. In case of other prepaid orders, the equivalent value would be refunded to you within 7 to 14 working days, through the same mode of payment used at the time of purchase viz., net banking, debit card, credit card, etc. Alternatively, customer can also avail for ‘SK Credits’. The ‘SK Credits’ available with the customer can be utilized in part or fully for subsequent purchases from the Website. The Refund / SK Credit shall be equivalent to the amount paid for the Product, minus the Charges and Taxes, as indicated on the invoice. The validity of the SK credit is only for 90 days from acceptance of Return/Cancellation. The customer is aware that Swadeshi Khareed / swadeshikhareed.in is neither acting as trustee nor acting during a fiduciary capacity concerning the Transaction or the Payment, by providing the modes of Payment to the customer.

CANCELLATION AND DELIVERY POLICY:

We will make every effort to deliver your order to you as per your scheduled date and time slot. If you fail to take delivery of the product(s) on the scheduled date and time, such order and delivery shall be treated as cancelled. On the receipt of the undelivered Product, we may intimate the customer reasonably to rearrange to re-deliver the product(s) to the customer at such additional cost and charges as may be indicated to the customer. On receipt of the cancellation notice, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount if the order has not been processed by us. The customer understands that the Order cannot be cancelled if the order is confirmed and acknowledged. Cancellation of Order cannot be done/accepted once the products under your order are released for the dispatch/ shipped out from our delivery location.

In order to cancel an Order, the Buyer is required to make a cancellation request by calling on the Customer Support by writing an e-mail to customercare@swadeshikhareed.in

EXCHANGE POLICY:

In case of exchange request with a stipulated time, you must return the product in the same original manufacturer packaging along with its accessories, price tags, accessories, freebies, user manual, warranty card, etc. Product(s) cannot be exchanged unless the same are stale, defective, damaged, broken, faulty or if wrong product is delivered or of a different size or fit

The exchange will be subject to the availability of the other Product. The customer is aware and acknowledges that we simply facilitate the Sellers to list and sell their products and that we are is neither the owner nor the seller of the products so listed. We do not guarantee exchange unless it is from the same seller.

REFUSAL OF ORDER:

“Swadeshi Khareed / www.swadeshikhareed.in” has the discretion to reject/refuse an order on the grounds based on its availability or which exceeds the quantity limit on such transactions or on orders, which is in breach of the User Agreement/Terms of Use or which violates any applicable law or for any other reason, which we think reasonable. Further, no claim for damages shall arise against us by the User in such circumstances.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES:

A delivery charge of Rs. 75/- will be levied for each delivery. However, we may waive the delivery charges for a minimum order value for each transaction.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS:

We currently deliver orders to selected cities in India only. You may check the delivery serviceability of your area/locality on our website and alternatively with our customer support.

GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL:
